I was surprised to find that the part comes complete with the insert, which I didn't expect, so that was a bonus (although I didn't need the insert it seems you can't buy the cover without the insert). Good service, genuine product and my request for an invoice in the supplying dealers name (so I could get a refund) was met - so all in all a good experience and I'll be back.
