SAABits.com, (SAABits) normally ships within one to two working days, with expected delivery being within 1-4 working days (UK) or 5-9 working days (International) from the date of order placement. Delivery is normally by Royal Mail, Air Mail , Parcel Force or 'Parcel Force Worldwide' depending on the weight of your order and/or the shipping destination. Economy delivery is by UK Mail. Please note that we may also use other courier services not listed here at our sole discretion.
Please note that "working day" refers to weekdays - Monday to Friday, and does not cover Saturday or Sunday or bank holidays.
Our online shop system normally ensures that only items that are in stock may be ordered. In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we shall inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. Non-stock items normally ship within 7-10 days. SAABits will endeavour to keep you updated regularly on any non-stock items ordered and that are on back order for more than 10 days. SAABits shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date, all dates being estimates only.
All packages are covered by transit insurance for a period of 28 days from the date of shipment from SAABits.com. In the case of any damage or instances of delivery failure you MUST inform SAABits.com within 21 days of the date of shipment. You should email us via our contact page clearly stating your order number, together with details of the problem. Failure to notify us may result in your package no longer being covered by insurance, and consequently the liability for loss or damage will have to be borne by the customer.
Deliveries will be made to the delivery address provided by you during checkout, you may select a different delivery address to your billing address if required (eg. a work address etc.). Please note that we can only ship to the one delivery address provided and can not use any alternative (eg neighbour etc.). All packages must be signed for at the delivery address provided and will not be left without a signature.
Shipping charges are calculated based on location, weight of the product including packaging, volumetric weight if applicable and necessary insurance coverage and handling charges. You can view the relevant shipping charges to your chosen destination easily by adding any product to your 'Shopping Cart', below the cart you will see a table of applicable shipping charges.
Orders that have been correctly despatched to the shipping address as supplied by the customer, and which are subsequently returned to SAABits as undeliverable, whether by courier or postal service, are subject to a maximum refund of the value of the products ordered only, (not including shipping costs). Furthermore, the customer is also liable to pay any applicable return postage costs, as well as make further payment for re-shipment should this be required.
To avoid this situation, you are strongly advised to double check that the shipping address you provide for your order is accurate.
SAABits.com, is registered in Great Britain for VAT. Registration Number 171 1075 40. All orders to destinations within the UK and/or EU will have VAT added to the value of the order. If you are VAT-registered within the EU but outside Great Britain, please say so in the comments box while ordering, clearly stating your VAT number. Once we have verified your VAT number we will refund the VAT portion of your payment via your chosen payment method.
Orders shipped to non-EU destinations do not have to pay VAT. Prices do not include any customs duty and excise or any other local taxes for goods shipped outside the EU. All such duties and taxes shall be paid by Customer, but Customer shall not be liable to pay any tax to the extent it has complied with the relevant tax exemption requirements and delivered to Seller satisfactory documentary proof acceptable to Seller of exemption from such tax.

If you are a UK customer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You may do this by taking or sending by post or e-mail a WRITTEN notice of cancellation to:

We will issue you with a Returns Merchant Authorisation number (RMA).
When returning goods, please state your full name and address and the RMA you have been issued with to identify your order. Any order returned to us without this information will be refused.You have until the expiry of fourteen days, starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right. If you exercise your right to cancel, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit to SAABits.com will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be for the customers account. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery.
Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by SAABits.com and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 20%. In this instance, the cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.
Non-stock or Special orders (i.e. those that have been ordered specifically for your vehicle and can not be resold) cannot be cancelled.
Stock orders can be cancelled prior to despatch without penalty.
The customer shall inspect the products within 30 days of receipt, such period being confirmed by the customer to be a reasonable period to examine the products for defects or shortfalls, and notify SAABits.com promptly of any non-conformance. Failure to notify SAABits.com within that 30-day period will constitute acceptance of the products for all purposes.
No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of SAABits.com. Customer is responsible for returning products to SAABits.com at the Customer's risk and expense. Prior to returning product(s) to SAABits.com the Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorisation ("RMA") number from SAABits.com by emailing us via our contact page or calling 07564 672127. SAABits.com shall not be responsible for failure of the delivery service to make on-time delivery. Customer must ship the product(s) to SAABits.com in the original packaging, prepaid and insured, with the RMA number clearly identified on the packaging.
SAABits does its best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly and with all items in good working order, if in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as is possible. Please note though that SAABits will require payment for any replacement items sent out prior to return/receipt of the original item to SAABits. Shipping charges for replacement items will be covered by SAABits, furthermore you will be refunded for your postal/shipping costs incurred in returning the faulty/incorrect items to SAABits.
Please note that once you have been issued with an RMA, goods to be returned should be despatched promptly via insured delivery service to SAABits at the address provided below. All goods to be returned MUST be returned within 14 days of issue of your RMA. Any goods not returned within a 14 day period following issue of your RMA may be subject to additional charges or in certain circumstances become non-refundable.
As above you must contact us prior to returning any items to us. Once authorised for return, all packages must be clearly and prominently marked on the outside of the package as being 'returned to original sender' it is also important that this is clearly marked on any customs documentation together with the reason for return. Any packages not clearly marked as such may become liable for import duty and taxes, in this instance delivery to us may be refused or duties/taxes charged as such to the sender.
