Classic Saab 900 headlamp reflector RH (RHD) Refurbished

REMANUFACTURED reflector to fit the RIGHT-hand headlamp in a Classic Saab 900 (slope-front). Suitable for right-hand-drive cars only.

Many Saab 900s fail the UK MOT test due to poor headlamp beam pattern and/or poor light output. The usual cause is deterioration of the headlamp reflector, with the silver coating having dulled or flaked off. New reflectors for these models are no longer available so Saabits.com provides a high-quality reflector refurbishment service on an exchange basis.

Each reflector is stripped and thoroughly cleaned, primed with a special heat-resistant primer and then resilvered using a vacuum-metallisation process to give a finish comparable in performance to the original and at least as robust.

N.B. This item is provided on an exchange basis. However, to minimise the length of time that your 900 is off the road, a core charge is payable which is refunded on receipt of your old reflector. We include a reply-paid label for UK return postage.

If you prefer not to pay the surcharge, you are welcome to send your old reflectors to us and we will send the refurbished units on receipt of the old units in usable condition. Please contact us for details.
