Neat and clever replacement, very practical and reasonably priced. In theory can be fitted without dismantling the headlamp casing but some forethought required, because the shaft [with white nylon cup pre-attached] and the first washer need to be put in from the inside of the headlamp casing. Can be pulled through on a string if you want to be sure of not dropping it inside the casing.
